Brid og Norby

Bríd óg Norrby lives and works in Prosperous, County Kildare. She graduated in 1999 from D.I.T Mountjoy Square with a BA in Sculpture. Since then she has turned to painting and paints in oils and watercolour. However she still does some work in wood and stone. She has exhibited widely throughout Ireland in solo, group and selected shows. Brid og seeks subject matter in what lies right outside her front door - the surrounding and everyday landscape of Kildare, its fields, bogs, trees and hedgerows. The ever changing skies and light are her constant inspiration.
